Conferenza finale Roma

Si è tenuto a Roma dal 29 al 30 Settembre la conferenza finale del progetto educativo ‘En Vogue – - a tailor-made educational programme to provide an attractive stage for young female learners’.

Rappresentanti provenienti da 15 paesi sono intervenuti per conoscere la logica ed i principi di questo progetto co-finanziato europeo che è durato 2 anni.

Hanno partecipato all’evento rappresentanti dei paesi partner, i.e. Ialia, Austria, Germania, Francia, Spagna, Turchia e Svezia, insieme a ospiti internazionali dalla Bulgaria, Repubblica Ceca, Lettonia, Lituania, Paesi Bassi, Norvegia, Polonia e Slovacchia.

Durante i due giorni di meeting, è stato discusso l’impatto del progetto En Vogue sul target giovani donne svantaggiate con basso livello di scolarizzazione.

Nel pomeriggio del primo giorno della conferenza, gli ospiti sono stati coinvolti in alcune attività tratte dalla Cassetta degli attrezzi.  Il workshop è consistito nell’implementazione guidata di tre workshops risultata ai partecipanti divertente.

Mentre alcuni stavano organizzando un “prima” e “dopo” di una esibizione personale, altri elaboravano le differenze storiche e culturali nella moda negli ultimi dieci anni in Italia, Lettonia, Slovacchia, Turchia e Austria.

Sono state evidenziate nuove idee sull’uso dei materiali didattici rivolti a giovani donne. Il feedback degli ospiti è stato alquanto positivo. Tutti hanno dichiarato l’interesse ad usare le risorse di Envogue nelle proprie organizzazioni e network.

“Ciò che ho apprezzato di più sono stati la presentazione dei prodotti, l’atmosfera della conferenza e l’approccio di tutti i partecipanti alla conferenza. E’ una rilevante  quantità di materiali e prodotti, utili, ispiratori e creativi.” (Moltiplicatore Vintra Puke, Liepaja University, Latvia).

Çankiri Karatekin University Technical and Business College, partner in this project, participated at the Vocational and Technical College Fair in Ankara this year. This fair attracted some 1100 people, many of whom are students and teachers of Vocational Girl Schools in Turkey.

On April 29th, Riza Gurbuz (Principal of Cankiri Technical and Business College) held a presentation at the conference saloon about the college and its activities, as well as about the projects they are involved in. The En Vogue project was introduced there and at a stand where visitors received the En Vogue leaflet and further details about our project.


La chiamata di Malmo

Il 4 ed il 5 Aprile 2011, la partnership del Progetto En Vogue si è incontrata a Malmo in Svezia al fine di discutere l’avanzamento delle attività di progetto e pianificare la conferenza finale. Ciascun partner ha raccontato degli eventi di disseminazione sviluppati nell’ambito del progetto En Vogue. Infine, la partnership di En Vogue ha pianificato la conferenza finale che sarà tenuta a Roma a Settembre 2011.

I partners di Progetto a Malmo (Svezia)

Il Concept per gli eventi dimostrativi di En Vogue è stato oggetto di discussione e di ulteriore approfondimento. Inoltre la partnership ha modificato il Piano per il mainstreaming e la diffusione, che è dedicato a vari portatori di interesse, politici, altri fornitori di servizi educativi, così come al Gruppo strategico di consulenza. Questo prodotto facilita l’introduzione degli outputs del progetto En Vogue nell’ordinaria erogazione di percorsi di formazione. Durante il meeting di progetto il Piano è stato adattato per meglio rispondere alle specifiche esigenze nazionali.

En Vogue in visita a Barcellona

L’ultimo meeting del progetto EnVogue che si è tenuto a Barcellona il 18 e 19 Gennaio 2011, ha visto la partecipazione di tutti i paesi partners: l’Austria, la Germania, la Francia, la Spagna,la Svezia, l’Italia, il Regno Unito e la Turchia.

Durante il meeting è stata organizzata una visita tecnica presso Ravaltext, un’ associazione che opera per l’integrazione sociale e nel mercato del lavoro delle donne. Il principale obiettivo di questa organizzazione è sostenere giovani donne svantaggiate e fornire loro l’opportunità di sfruttare la loro creatività per ritoccare abiti per catene della moda, aziende, pubbliche autorità e privati.

Al meeting inoltre sono stati discussi altri aspetti quali i prodotti e l’avanzamento del loro sviluppo nonché gli eventi dimostrativi che seguiranno nel corso del progetto.

Il ultimo meeting è programmato a Roma ad Autunno del 2011 e sarà organizzato congiuntamente ad una conferenza finale che coinvolgerà ospiti provenienti da paesi diversi da quelli della partnership di progetto.

Meeting di progetto a Toulouse

Martedi 5 e Mercoledi 6 Ottobre, i partners di progetto si sono incontrati a Toulouse in Francia, per discutere e rivedere la Cassetta degli attrezzi di Envogue. Con i suoi 90 strumenti facenti riferimento al mondo della moda, la Cassetta degli attrezzi è una ricca fonte di ispirazione per docenti, formatori ed orientatori così come per i discenti stessi.

Suddiviso in due sezioni principali – abilità legate alle ICT e all’imprenditorialità - la Cassetta degli attrezzi contiene attività relative a questioni, livelli di difficoltà e durata differenti, per soddisfare i bisogni di giovani donne con basso livello di scolarizzazione. Impegnandosi su attività inerenti la moda, esse formano competenze in area ICT e imprenditorialità “strada facendo”.

Gli strumenti sono stati sistematizzati e modificati durante il meeting di progetto per renderli il più facilmente impiegabili. La Cassetta degli attrezzi è corredata da materiali di supporto che sono attribuiti ai rispettivi strumenti al fine di renderne l’applicazione semplice ed intuitiva. Tutti i partner di progetto hanno iniziato a testare i prodotti; i risultati saranno disponibili entro l’estate del 2011 sul sito web.

Second Development Workshop

Nel Giugno 2010, i partners del progetto si sono incontrati in Germania per discutere dei circa 70 strumenti ed attività messe a punto per la Casetta degli attrezzi di En Vogue e delle indicazioni didattiche per il Manuale. Entrambe i prodotti verranno resi disponibili in Austria, Francia, Germania, Italia, Spagna, Svezia, Turchia e Regno Unito dalle organizzazioni partner e collegate, per testare i materiali nelle loro attività didattiche quotidiane rivolte a giovani donne.

Primo Workshop a Bologna

Al primo workshop di sviluppo di En Vogue, i partners si sono riuniti a Bologna (Marzo 10-12) al fine di discutere come i risultati dell’analisi nei diversi paesi ed il quadro concettuale confluiranno nello sviluppo del Manuale e nella Cassetta degli attrezzi di EnVogue.

I partners hanno delineato la struttura per entrambe i prodotti e definito il quadro entro cui portare avanti la fase di sviluppo nei mesi seguenti.

L’incontro di avvio del progetto

Il progetto è stato presentato mediante un meeting tenuto a Vienna in Austria da Best, il 25 e 26 Novembre 2009. Questo è solo il principio di iniziative tese a sostenere lo sviluppo del nuovo progetto EnVogue.

En Vogue: Francese … ”l’ idea di includere il modo di vestire, comportarsi, ballare, decorare o un interesse (come uno svago) considerato particolarmente alla moda o che segue fortemente una moda del momento in tali attività….”

…è qualcosa che è stato assunto a riferimento al momento dello sviluppo dei materiali didattici del progetto.

L’ importanza di miscelare temi moderni, in voga e alla moda, con metodi tradizionali di insegnamento è evidente in tutto il progetto En Vogue e nei materiali didattici predisposti.

Giorno 1

I partner dall’Austria, Regno Unito, Francia, Germania, Turchia, Spagna e Italia si sono riuniti per discutere gli obiettivi del progetto, i compiti, altri approfondimenti e contemporaneamente per fare previsioni sugli esiti e i risultati del progetto.

I partner dai rispettivi paesi hanno inoltre partecipato a workshops che hanno aiutato la produzione di idee in termini di creatività e imprenditorialità. E’ stata inoltre organizzata presso Modeschule Hetzendorf and Schönbrun una visita che ha consentito ai partner di familiarizzare con una scuola di moda austriaca ed i relativi approcci didattici.

 

 

 

 

Giorno 2

Per concludere il meeting di due giorni, sono state discusse le attività di disseminazione del progetto, includendo: il quando ed il cosa comunicare ai diversi target di riferimento come insegnanti, formatori, educatori di adulti, orientatori, politici e altri.

I partner hanno poi parlato dei loro partner collegati e della rete strategica di consulenti che forniranno un supporto durante lo sviluppo del progetto.

 

Some Demonstration Events

24 - 25 September 2011

The fair was open from Saturday morning until Sunday evening. SURT had a stand with a lot of information about the organisation in general and also about the En Vogue project. During the whole weekend different staff members of SURT were there, providing information and answering the visitants’ questions. In general, everybody was interested in the organisation and in the project. Visitants were informed about the whole project, but especially about the materials created, i.e. handbook and toolbox. There was also a computer where the visitants could check the handbook and the toolbox. With the computer visitants could also visit the En Vogue website.

23 September 2011

15 teachers from 8 vocational girl schools 4 members of the academic staff from 2 different universities and 1 staff member from non-governmental organizations participated in the meeting in Ankara. They were directly concerned with the project materials.

Riza Gurbuz answered the participant’s question and informed the concerning organizations (Vocational Girl High Schools and Women Training Centre) in Ankara/Turkey.

Oral presentation of En Vogue project given by Aleksandra Sikorska-Ellwanger and Martina Bachmeier, supported by brochures, draft versions of toolbox and handbook as well as website for illustrating the progress of the project with information and photos.

Practical exercise of the tool CV Master Class (Europass) with the following main objectives:

  • awareness of different skills and competences which are required in different jobs in fashion industry (tailor - patience and exactness; sales-person – social competences; fashion designer – creativity)
  • knowledge of Europass application form
  • possibility how to use the En Vogue tools in practice
  • information on possible implementation of the tools in different classes (choice of single tools, modular choice, etc.)

Participants could use computers and the schedule offered sufficient time to visit the project’s website in order to get more information of the project.

18 people, academic staff from Çankiri, Kastamonu and Sinop Universities, have been invited to meet in Kastamonu (technical and business college) to introduce the project course documents.

Folkuniversitetes day

The event was sponsored by Folkuniversitetet and the En -Vouge project. It was a great opportunity to demonstrate the En Vogue project and its outcomes. This took place outside of Kristianstad city, with dancers, flyers, art etc.

The En Vogue coordinator BEST invited trainers, course designers and VET representatives to a creative En Vogue Demonstration Event in Vienna. First, the participants learned about the project’s aims and objectives. Then they discussed different aspects of En Vogue’s products, focusing on implementation models in daily work. Afterwards, participants went onto an “En Vogue photo safari” to explore the thematic topics “En Vogue and creative thinking related to fashion”.

19 July 2011

 

Divided into groups, they received cameras with the objective to take creative pictures concerning these subjects. Developing ideas and applying the new tools were the main ideas behind this activity. However, it also helped to demonstrate that learning from one another and working together in an efficient way by combining ‘old’ and ‘new’ didactic tools, like group work and high tech instruments, can lead to interesting and very efficient practical outcomes. As a final step of the demonstration event, the pictures were edited by experts.

15 - 16 July 2011

BEST representatives organised first a presentation to different stakeholders providing main information on the project’s aims, products and other results to then discuss possible implementations and impacts in the Icelandic school system and then demonstrated some of the tools with young learners in public.

Meeting based on 2 European projects. First one was for tutors.

Second one: Gilles RIVES from IRFASUD showed the handbook, the web site and some tools of the project and organized a discussion with the audience, about EN VOGUE issues.

Meeting based on the EN VOGUE project. The Handbook and the Toolbox were shown to the people from the Conseil Régional and Pôle Emploi, who are the most important sponsors for training in the region. Single activities were demonstrated to them.

In the framework of a workshop with trainers and didactic coordinators of different vocational training centres, the topic "how to motivate youngsters" with no successful school experiences; how to reach the learning objectives of the courses. A focus was on which positive experiences the participants developed in their organisations. During the practical session, the results of the En Vogue project, and 2 exercises from the toolbox were demonstrated.

9 - 10 May 2011

In the framework of the kick off meeting of a European project, coordinated by SURT, a presentation of the En Vogue project was carried out. When presenting all the activities of the research and innovation area of SURT, special attention was put on the En Vogue project and, especially, on the En Vogue materials produced. During the meeting, participants were invited to read parts of the handbook as well as some of the tools.

At the CAFE conference hosted by BEST April 29th in Vienna, BEST representatives organised in their exhibition stalls demonstration workshops for conference participants. Various handbook sections and different tools from the toolbox were then discussed with them and they had the possibility to scan through the materials.

On the occasion of a technical meeting among IAL, trainers, course managers and training designers discussed the following points: the progress and trends of the qualification courses for youngsters; the problem of pupils that leave school (too) early and new characteristics of this target; motivation and innovative practices.

In this framework, the En Vogue results and products enriched the discussion: the analysis of the target, the handbook and toolbox. In particular a sample of the toolbox’s exercises was examined: highlighting objectives, implementation strategies, critical aspects to be considered, plan to fit adequately the youngsters’ characteristics and needs. During the practical session, the result of the En Vogue project was demonstrated and 2 exercises from the toolbox were simulated, one from the IT area and the other one on the entrepreneurial area.
