En Vogue Projesi- genç kadınlar için cazip bir eğitim materyalleri ve yöntemi sunmakta olup projenin final toplantısı 29–30 Eylül tarihlerinde İtalya’nın başkenti Roma’da gerçekleştirilmiştir. İki yıllık bir çalışma süresi sonunda 2011 Ekim ayı sonunda tamamlanacak olan ve Avrupa Birliği tarafından desteklenen projenin yaygınlaştırma toplantısına 15 ülkeden temsilci katılmıştır. |

İtalya, Avusturya, Almanya, Fransa, İspanya, Türkiye ve İsveç gibi proje ortağı olan ülkelerin temsilcilerinin yanı sıra Bulgaristan, Çek Cumhuriyeti, Letonya, Lituanya, Hollanda, Norveç, Polonya ve Slovakya’dan da konuklar toplantıya katılmışlardır. Bu iki günlük toplantıda proje hedef kitlesi olan dezavantajlı düşük eğitim seviyesine sahip genç kadınlar üzerinde En Vogue projesinin sağlayacağı etkiler tartışılmıştır. Katılımcılar, proje kapsamında geliştirilen El Kitabı ve Alet Kutusunun genç kadınların eğitimleri üzerindeki etkileri tartışmışlardır. Katılımcılar, ilk günkü oturumun öğleden sonraki kısmında bazı alet kutusu faaliyetlerini uygulamalı olarak değerlendirmişler ve değerlendirme süreci eğlenceli olmuştur. |

İtalya, Letonya, Slovakya, Türkiye ve Avusturya’dan toplantıya katılanlardan bir gurup alet kutusu içindeki senaryolardan “önce” ve “sonra” başlıklı oturuma katkı sağlarken diğer gurup ise son yılarda moda da değişimlerin tarihi ve kültürel etkileri konusunda çalışmışlardır. |

Üçüncü grup ise “ proje kapsamında geliştirilen alet kutusundaki senaryoların herhangi bir kişinin kıyafetinin oluşturulması sürecine olan etkisinin, zorluğu veya kolaylığı ve genç kuşakların bu konularda yapabileceklerini tartışmışlardır. Dezavantajlı genç kadınlar için geliştirilen ayrıntılı eğitim materyallerinin kullanımı ile ilgili yeni fikirler ortaya çıkmıştır. Katılımcıların geliştirilen eğitim materyalleri ile ilgili görüşleri olumlu olmuştur. Hepsi de kendi kurumlarında ve işbirliği ağlarında En Vogue eğitim materyallerinin kullanabileceği konusunda olumlu görüş bildirmişlerdir. |

Çankiri Karatekin University Technical and Business College, partner in this project, participated at the Vocational and Technical College Fair in Ankara this year. This fair attracted some 1100 people, many of whom are students and teachers of Vocational Girl Schools in Turkey. |

Malmö ToplantısıProje ortakları proje çalışmalarındaki ilerlemeleri ve projenin final toplantısının ayrıntılarını görüşmek üzere 4-5 Nisan 2011 tarihinde, Folk Üniversitesinin ev sahipliğinde Malmö (İsveç) de toplandılar. Proje ortakları En Vogue projesi kapsamında ülkelerinde yaptıkları çalışmalar hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi sundular. Daha önceden Roma’da yapılması planlanan final konferansın 29-30 Eylül 2011 tarihlerinde yapılması kararlaştırıldı. |

En Vogue proje ürünlerinin ilgili eğitim kurumları tarafından kullanılmasına yönelik olarak proje ortaklarınca düzenlenecek tanıtım toplantılarının ayrıntıları ortaklar tarafından tartışıldı. Buna ilaveten En Vogue projesine katkı sağlayan paydaşların, politika oluşturucuların, eğitim kurumlarının ve Ulusal stratejik ortakların proje ürünlerini kullanma ve yaygınlaştırma toplantılarının içerikleri yeniden düzenlendi. Yaygınlaştırma ve tanıtım çalışmalarının En Vogue proje dökümanlarının düzenli eğitim programlarında kullanımını kolaylaştıracağı ve proje ürünlerinin ülkelerin özel ihtiyaçlarına cevap verecek şekilde düzenlenmesi kararlaştırıldı. |
En Vogue Projesi Barselona Toplantısı18–19 Ocak 2011 tarihleri arasında Barselona’da düzenlenen En Vogue projesi toplantısına proje ortağı olan Avusturya, Almanya, Fransa, İspanya, İsveç, İtalya ve Türkiye den temsilciler katıldılar. |
Toplantı dışında, Barselona’daki dezavantajlı kadınları iş yerinde eğiterek, kabiliyetlerin ortaya çıkararak sosyal yaşama ve iş dünyasına kazandırılmasına katkı sağlayan firmalardan birisi olan Ravaltext tekstil firması ziyaret edildi. Firmanın kuruluşunun temel amacı özellikle dezavantajlı kadınların mevcut yeteneklerini ve becerilerini giyilmiş eski elbiseleri değiştirerek veya yeniden şekillendirerek göstermelerine imkân sağlamaktır. Firma moda şirketleri, kamu kurumları ve şahısların taleplerine cevap vermek üzere siparişler almaktadır. |
Toplantını diğer konusu ise proje ürünlerinin içerikleri ve Barselona toplantısına kadar yapılan iyileştirme çalışmaları oluşturmuştur. Bunun yanında proje süresince proje ürünlerini tanıtmak ve yaygınlaştırmak üzere yapılacak çalışmalar konusunda ortakların düşünceleri paylaşılmıştır. |

Proje ürünlerini tanıtmak ve yaygınlaştırmak için son toplantının Eylül ayında Roma’da yapılması ve proje ortaklarının yanında proje sonuçlarını kullanacak olan yaygınlaştırıcı kurumların temsilcilerinin de Toplantıya davet edilmeleri kararlaştırılmıştır. |
Toulouse Proje Toplantısı |
Proje ortakları 5-6 Ekim 2010 tarihlerinde Fransa’nın Toulouse şehrinde toplanarak En Vogue Projesinin Alet Kutusu(Tool Box) dökümanlarını gözden geçirdiler. Moda ile ilgili 90 alet (tool) ile zenginleştirilen eğitim dökümanı ; öğretmenler, eğiticiler, rehberler ve öğrenicilerin başvurabilecekleri zengin bir başvuru kaynağı haline getirildi. Alet kutusu iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm kadınların enformasyon teknolojileri, ikinci bölüm ise girişimcilik yeteneklerini geliştirecek konuları kapsamaktadır. Alet kutusu düşük eğitim seviyesindeki kadınların , değişik düzeylerde ve farklı konularda bilgi ve becerilerini geliştirecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Projede kadınların moda alanındaki eğitimlerinin yanında enformasyon teknolojileri ve iş kurma yeteneklerinin de birlikte geliştirmeleri hedeflenmektedir. Proje toplantısı süresince alet kutuları sistematik ve birbiri ile uyumlu hale getirildi ve kullanıcıları en rahat şekilde kullanabileceği şekilde düzenlendi. En Vogue Alet Kutusu bir çok destekleme materyaline sahip olup, alet kutusunda geliştirilen tüm uygulama örnekleri kullanıcıların rahat kullanabilmelerini sağlamak için basitleştirilmiştir. Tüm ortaklar el kitabı ve alet kutusu dökümanlarının pilot testlerini yapmaya başladılar. 2011 yılının yazında proje dökümanları internet sitesinden indirilebilecektir. |

Proje ortakları 2010 yılı Temmuz ayında Almanya'nın Cham şehrinde toplanarak En Vogue projesi alet kutusu (Tool Box) için 70 uygulama örneği ile El kitabı (Handbook) için bazı eğitici bilgi dokümanı geliştirmişlerdir. Her iki eğitim dokümanı da proje ortağı olan Avusturya, Fransa, Almanya, İtalya , İspanya , isveç , Türkiye ve İngiltere'nin ana dillerine tercüme edilmiş olup, genç kadınlar için geliştirilmiş eğitim dokümanları proje ortakları ve paydaşlar tarafından günlük eğitim ve uygulamalar için test edilecektir. |
Bologna İlk Çalıştayı |
İlk EnVogue geliştirme çalıştayında, tüm ortaklar Bologna’da (10-12 Mart ) ülke analiz sonuçlarının ve kavramsal çerçevenin EnVogue El Kitabı ve Alet kutusunun gelişimini nasıl besleyeceğini ele almak için bir araya geldiler. Ortaklar her ürün için bir yapı tasarladılar ve önümüzdeki aylarda yapılacak geliştirme aşaması için bir çerçeve oluşturdular. |

Başlangıç ToplantısıAvusturya’nın başkenti Viyana’da BEST firması tarafından 25–26 Kasım 2009 tarihinde düzenlenen başlangıç toplantısında projenin iş paketleri ve yapılacaklar tanıtılmıştır. Bu yeni EnVogue projesinin gelişimini destekleyen girişimlerin başlangıcı olmuştur. |
En Vogue: Fransız ... "giyim, davranış, dans, dekorasyon gibi alanlarda bir ilgi (eğlencede olduğu gibi) ve dikkat çekme fikrinin yaşama aktarılmasıdır. Bu özellik günlük yaşamda belirgin şekilde bu çağdaş bir seyir izlemektir… " ... EnVogue, proje öğretim materyallerinin geliştirilmesinde temel alınan bir yaklaşımın kaynağıdır. |
EnVogue projesinin modern, modaya uygun ve güncel yaklaşımları içeren eğitim yöntemlerini geleneksel öğretim yöntemleriyle karıştırmanın önemi EnVogue projesi süresince ve sunulan didaktik materyallerde belirgin bir şekilde görülecektir. |

Gün 1 Avusturya, İngiltere, Fransa, Almanya, Türkiye, İspanya ve İtalya’dan gelen ortaklar proje çıktıları ve sonuçları üzerindeki tahminlerin yanı sıra proje hedeflerini, hizmetlerini ve daha ileri fikirleri tartışmak için bir araya geldiler, yaratıcılık ve girişimcilik açısından fikirlerin tartışıldığı çalıştaylarda yer aldılar. Modeschule Hetzendorf ve Schönbrun’a düzenlenen gezilerde, Avusturyalı bir moda koleji ve orada uygulanan öğretim yöntemlerini yerinde inceleme, gözlem ve kendi ülkelerindeki uygulamalar ile mukayese imkânı buldular. |

Gün 2 İki günlük toplantının kapanışında projenin yaygınlaştırılması, öğretmenler, eğiticiler, yetişkin eğitimi uzmanları rehberlik danışmanları, politikacılar ve diğer ilgili kişiler ve farklı hedef gruplarla hangi zaman dilimlerinde neler yapılacağı, proje boyunca ortaklara destek sağlayacak danışmanlık grupları ile işbirliği hakkında konuştular.

24 - 25 September 2011The fair was open from Saturday morning until Sunday evening. SURT had a stand with a lot of information about the organisation in general and also about the En Vogue project. During the whole weekend different staff members of SURT were there, providing information and answering the visitants’ questions. In general, everybody was interested in the organisation and in the project. Visitants were informed about the whole project, but especially about the materials created, i.e. handbook and toolbox. There was also a computer where the visitants could check the handbook and the toolbox. With the computer visitants could also visit the En Vogue website.

23 September 201115 teachers from 8 vocational girl schools 4 members of the academic staff from 2 different universities and 1 staff member from non-governmental organizations participated in the meeting in Ankara. They were directly concerned with the project materials. Riza Gurbuz answered the participant’s question and informed the concerning organizations (Vocational Girl High Schools and Women Training Centre) in Ankara/Turkey. |

The En Vogue coordinator BEST invited trainers, course designers and VET representatives to a creative En Vogue Demonstration Event in Vienna. First, the participants learned about the project’s aims and objectives. Then they discussed different aspects of En Vogue’s products, focusing on implementation models in daily work. Afterwards, participants went onto an “En Vogue photo safari” to explore the thematic topics “En Vogue and creative thinking related to fashion”. |

Divided into groups, they received cameras with the objective to take creative pictures concerning these subjects. Developing ideas and applying the new tools were the main ideas behind this activity. However, it also helped to demonstrate that learning from one another and working together in an efficient way by combining ‘old’ and ‘new’ didactic tools, like group work and high tech instruments, can lead to interesting and very efficient practical outcomes. As a final step of the demonstration event, the pictures were edited by experts. |
15 - 16 July 2011BEST representatives organised first a presentation to different stakeholders providing main information on the project’s aims, products and other results to then discuss possible implementations and impacts in the Icelandic school system and then demonstrated some of the tools with young learners in public.

9 - 10 May 2011In the framework of the kick off meeting of a European project, coordinated by SURT, a presentation of the En Vogue project was carried out. When presenting all the activities of the research and innovation area of SURT, special attention was put on the En Vogue project and, especially, on the En Vogue materials produced. During the meeting, participants were invited to read parts of the handbook as well as some of the tools.

29 April 2011At the CAFE conference hosted by BEST April 29th in Vienna, BEST representatives organised in their exhibition stalls demonstration workshops for conference participants. Various handbook sections and different tools from the toolbox were then discussed with them and they had the possibility to scan through the materials. |

20 April 2011On the occasion of a technical meeting among IAL, trainers, course managers and training designers discussed the following points: the progress and trends of the qualification courses for youngsters; the problem of pupils that leave school (too) early and new characteristics of this target; motivation and innovative practices. |

In this framework, the En Vogue results and products enriched the discussion: the analysis of the target, the handbook and toolbox. In particular a sample of the toolbox’s exercises was examined: highlighting objectives, implementation strategies, critical aspects to be considered, plan to fit adequately the youngsters’ characteristics and needs. During the practical session, the result of the En Vogue project was demonstrated and 2 exercises from the toolbox were simulated, one from the IT area and the other one on the entrepreneurial area. |
